RESPONSIBILITIES (=) AND MAIN TASKS (+)

 

= Ensure the efficient organisation, transmission, control and storage of supplier’s and subcontractor’s vendor

 

documentation. Submit the final vendor Data Books to Client for approval in accordance with their specific

 

requirements.

 

+ Use the e-CDR system to control and manage the production of Contractor Data Requirements from vendors

 

and subcontractors.

 

+ Establish the distribution matrices as agreed and approved by the Project Control Manager / Project Manager /

 

Package Manager.

 

+ Expedite vendor document schedules submission

 

+ Input the document schedules received from the Suppliers/subcontractors with the relevant submission dates.

 

+ Receive all CDR documentation and log into the e-CDR system.

 

+ Expedite the suppliers\subcontractors for documentation submissions within the due dates until CDR

 

documents receive their final « approved » status.

 

+ Receive and log the final Vendors Data Books and circulate for internal review and approval, sending

 

comments and status to suppliers/subcontractors.

 

+ Expedite CDR documentation during internal review and approval cycle, making sure that the Group

 

Management System Procedure for turn around period is followed (10 working days).

 

+ Organise the Vendor Data Books (hard and electronic copy) in accordance with the requirements of the

 

projects

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

 

• HND Level (Bac +2) with 1-2 years in documentation management

 

• Organisational and communications skills

 

• Good Computer literacy in Microsoft Office programs and Outlook

 

• 2 years previous related experience in the oil or construction industry

 

• Able to communicate and apply interpersonal relationship skills

 

• Be able to work in a team environment, be able to give advice and guidance to all project team members on

 

Vendor Document Control functionality and procedures

 

• Competent in spoken and written English
